DescriptionLocationCancellation Policy NAR At Home with Diversity Course with CE Instructor: Kevin Dumont 11/21/19 9 AM-5 PM The At Home with Diversity (AHWD) Course is an all-day course addressing the topics of diversity, fair housing and business planning development. Once completed successfully, Realtors are eligible to apply for the official AHWD certification. Your clients will know they're working with a dynamic real estate professionals with expertise that transcends cultural barriers. The course will teach you to: -Assess and understand attributes of diversity in the local markets and their impact on the real estate industry -Understand basic competencies to earn the confidence of potential buyers and sellers, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, handicaps, familial status, or national origin. -Build a business plan that minimizes risks and successfully services all types of clients. Additional Course Benefits: -Eligibility for the AHWD certification (one time application fee required) -Continuing Education Credit: (2 CE's for Fair Housing RE19RC12 & 2 CE's for Code of Ethics RE33RC11) -Elective towards the ABR, GRI, CIPS and PMN designations Cost: $40 if registered by 11/14/19; $45 after this date Please note that you must arrive on time in order to receive credit per MA state law.
